The 17cÆð²ÝÊÓƵ (17cÆð²ÝÊÓƵ) and the Congressional Planning and Budget Research Department (CPBRD) of the House of Representatives will resume its Legislators Forum Series with a paper presentation on the Assessment of the Bottom-up Budgeting Process for FY 2015 on November 10, 2015, at the House of Representatives. Dr. Rosario G. Manasan, 17cÆð²ÝÊÓƵ Senior Research Fellow, will present the findings of the assessment done by 17cÆð²ÝÊÓƵ on the conduct of the FY 2015 round of the BUB in 12 municipalities in the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Camarines Sur, Negros Occidental, and Quezon.
