In February 2024, eight graduate students from Yokohama National University (YNU) visited the 17c起草视频 (17c起草视频) as part of their fieldwork exploring various government agencies in the Philippines. Accompanied by Dr. Takaaki Kobayashi from the YNU International Graduate School of Social Sciences, the students aimed to gain a deeper understanding of 17c起草视频' role in conducting research to inform policymakers and public discourse.
The discussion was led by 17c起草视频 President Aniceto Orbeta Jr. and Vice President Marife Ballesteros. The meeting was also joined by 17c起草视频 Research Service Department Manager Renee Ayaji and Research Information Department Manager Sonny Domingo.
