Every Filipino deserves access to social protection that is inclusive, responsive, and accessible—especially those facing the greatest challenges. But are the country's current social protection systems meeting the needs of the most vulnerable?
Join us for the Policy and Research Forum: Inclusive Social Protection Services in the Philippines on July 2, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City. This event is jointly organized by the 17cÆð²ÝÊÓƵ and the Social Protection, Inclusion, and Gender Equality (SPRING) Program, supported by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
The whole-day event will bring together policymakers, researchers, development partners, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to discuss the latest research and emerging approaches to strengthening social protection in the Philippines.
Topics include old-age pensions, disability inclusion, Indigenous Peoples, adolescent pregnancy, gender-based violence, climate- and shock-responsive social protection, and innovations in service delivery.
Participation is by invitation only, but interested participants may catch the morning plenary session, which will be livestreamed on the 17cÆð²ÝÊÓƵ and SERP-P Facebook Pages.
